Brand-new room, extremely pleasant with a fridge, very nice bathrooms, as for instance, genuinely helpful staff. Modern facilities.

The rooms are extremely pleasant and stylish with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. Nice touch to have a private safe, central heating and an iron.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. One of the best aspects was the convenient location of the hotel, close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station and public transport. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the Christmas markets. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities.

Wow, the value for money at this hotel was incredible! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location couldn't have been better, close to shopping, the metro, and the train station. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, truly made us feel welcome.

The breakfast menu could be improved by making the coffee machine more accessible to guests.

Convenient and unbeatable location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Theatre Dortmund. Well-designed and brand-new room with fairly clean bathroom and feather pillows. The excellent and efficient staff and their attitude. A very nice stay for a business trip.

Everything was nice, including extremely friendly staff and absolutely perfect location near to Christmas market. Location: the hotel was close enough to the city center, central Dortmund, and the train station, bars, and shopping. Fast food restaurant Frietjes van Holland was 200 metres away from the place.

The room was spacious and well-furnished with a comfy bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center and just a short walk from the train station. Despite its central position, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The WiFi signal was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This lovely hotel is a gem located in the very heart of the bustling city center, next to the big shopping street. The rooms are modern, with large comfortable spaces, and very nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and always helpful, providing good customer service. there are an array of facilities such as a bar in the lobby, and breakfast is just fantastic.

The only downside is that the wall isolation could have been better to avoid any noise disturbances.
